Before the customer embarks on the holiday, he/she must be covered by insurance, which must include the cost of helicopter rescue, medical treatment and repatriation if necessary. Terms and conditions for hotel reservations
Confirmation of hotel reservation is issued irrevocably for the period specified and guests hold liability for the entire specified period irrespective of late arrival or early departure at/from the hotel Entire advance amount shall be forfeited in case of guest canceling the reservation or failing to check-in on due date. In case hotel is unable to provide accommodation, due to any unforeseen circumstances, alternate accommodation or refund will be provided.

BaliTopHolidays.com shall not be responsible for any change in itinerary or any problem with the hotel reservation BaliTopHolidays.com shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the life or property of the customer during transit to the hotel, either in their own vehicle or in transportation provided by BaliTopHolidays.com. BaliTopHolidays.com provides services as only the booking agent of the hotels concerned.BaliTopHolidays.com holds the right to cancel the reservation and refund the money received. The customer shall not have any claim whatsoever against it by reason thereof.


Terms and conditions for transportation services
Balitopholidays.com shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may be occasioned for any reason, including but not limited to, any defect in a vehicle, the acts or default of any company or person engaging in conveying a passenger, failure to arrive or depart as per schedule. The customer agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey and agrees that no liability will attach to BaliTopHolidays.com, employees or agents in respect of death or for any loss or damage to property of the passenger during the course of his journey.
