Once clients settle the advance payment, you are agreed with term and condition below :
- The deposit is non refundable
- Payment is non refundable
- Price is in Indonesian Rupiah, any payment by other currency is based on the exchange rate when the payment made
- Bali Top Holiday provide tour price / quotation based on tour period, total participant, hotel and activities that is required by clients
- Bali Top Holiday’s tour price / quotation is subject to change without prior notice
- Bali Top Holiday is responsible to provide the service that has stated on the final confirmation based on the price that clients has agreed
- Bali Top Holiday is not responsible or obliged to provide any complimentary
- Route is not changeable, guest can not go to other tourism objects except based on package the clients has agreed
- Route / package is able to change within one week prior to arrival according to availability on related activities
- Any changing in tour package that has been confirmed, will affected the price automatically
- For hotel booking, Bali Top Holiday is responsible for room hotel booking with room category that has confirmed in the package, if there’s any problem about service, facilities or anything related to hotel, Bali Top Holiday is not responsible but will help clients in having communication to solve the problem with hotel and not responsible for changing hotel or room upgrade in hotel
- Tour packages which are including meals, will provided a selected menu in selected restaurants by Bali Top Holiday. Other special requests will be charged as an additional
- Tour package or Car rent starts at the time clients / agent had inform one day earlier, if there’s any delay on the tour start then it will deducted from the car duration
- Curfew will be at latest at 12 midnight, and start time the latest is at 12 midday
- To confirm the booking, 50% payment in advance has to be settled via DOKU link or Western Union, 50% remaining balance has to be settled 1 day before arrival via DOKU link, Western Union or Cash in IDR
- If there’s any delay on payment of the remaining balance, Bali Top Holiday HAS THE RIGHT to stop the service for the clients
- To provide you a convenience trip during in Bali, once clients have confirmed the tour package, they shall provide flight tickets and passport of the participant
- Any cncellation will be charge 100% form total payment

While using this BTH tour in Bali, the driver was very good, he was also very polite and on time for every pick-up.
If I flash back to the beginning before leaving, I also remember the admin's tek tok. He was also very good, patient, polite and detailed.
Diligent in following up or making sure.
And adjusting the places we asked for.

We were very helped in our 4D3N in Bali, the recommendations for places to eat were also above our expectations, great..
Only the hotel was a bit lacking (the towels were requested to be replaced but not replaced, from asking the receptionist first to being replaced, the shower room door was broken, the TV was not clear, the bathroom door had no lock, etc.. But overall, everything was good.
And thank you also to Bli Nyoman, who patiently accompanied us, our driver is extraordinary.. May you continue to be healthy with your family.. Aamiin

Very bad experience with the tour guide. He does what he wants and didnt stick to the the itenerary.
Some decision he made was not wise like separating the group, even missed our sunset!

We booked all day tour in Bali. The staff were very prompt and very easy going, the service was great. The driver, Pak Wira we're on time and very informative. He even guides us. Communication was easy and friendly. Not sure if they offer PayPal payments tho

Excellent experience from hotel reservations to rent a car. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. The drivers were extremely polite and helpful. They spoke English so we had no problems. Highly recommended!
