Bali Ayung Rafting Tour is not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart problem, people is respiratory problem, currently has a sinus problem, recently has ear infection, has claustrophobia problem.

What you need to bring

We suggest you bring short pants or a swimsuit, a change of dry clothes, sunscreen, hat, sport shoes or strapped sandals, and extra money for drinks and souvenirs. While we provide you a dry bag to place your camera and video camera, we think it is safer to use our photographer for photos (you can purchase them at our photo corner) and we need to have 48 hours prior notice for the video service.

PAYMENT  METHOD 

• 50 % deposit payment should be settled at the lates one day prior the activities
• 100 % payment could be settled on the date
• Payment will be in rupiah based on the exchange rate on the day

 CANCELATION

• Cancellation fee to 50% of the TOTAL payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within one day prior to clients pick up
• No-Show will be charge of 100% of the TOTAL payment
